John gu accepted to the university of Texas’ new writers project

Massive congrats to John Gu, who just got accepted to UT's New Writer's Project, one of the top five MFA programs in the U.S.!

John has been a Fresh Ink coaching client and frequent workshop member. Most recently, he attended my Completing the Novel course last summer, and one of the chapters he submitted for that class has now been published as a standalone story in the Missouri Review--woohoo!!
