mark schoenfeld accepted to the university of montana’s mfa program

I am thrilled to tell you that Mark Schoenfeld just got a full-ride scholarship to the University of Montana’s MFA program. Congratulations, Mark!!

Mark was in my most recent Advanced Memoir class, where he was working on a book about his experiences growing up as an evangelical Christian and his eventual path away from the church. He’s a terrific writer, and I can’t wait to read his book when it comes out one day.
